These are typically machines with two or more orienting devices for parts that are assembled. It is possible to perform incoming inspection of the parts, control during assembly, and outgoing control with visual inspection (camera for visual control) and/or other measuring systems. For higher productivity, the machines can be multi-channel.
The threading machines we have produced are suitable for the production of nuts, terminals, and other similar products. Blanks are placed in orienting devices (vibratory feeders). The threading units can be mechanically or programmatically adjusted for different types of threads and pitches. Protections for the taps and controls to prevent defects are provided.
We have manufactured machines for specific technological processes where temperature, pressure, vacuum, distance, level, weight, and other parameters are controlled. We also have experience with dosing machines, including filling products with epoxy and polyester resin.
These are machines and devices for measuring and controlling various parameters of products. These include electrical parameters, force, torque, weight, geometric dimensions, shape verification, and other visual characteristics of the products. Depending on the specific conditions and requirements, these machines and devices can have varying degrees of automation.
Orienting devices for parts are used to feed parts to automatic machines or robots in mass production.
Vibrohoppers are universal orienting devices. The parts we have worked with so far have been of various shapes and made from different materials, weighing between 0.16 and 88 grams and ranging in length from 4 to 130 mm. We have produced vibratory feeders with single-channel, dual-channel, and six-channel cups. We have achieved actual productivity greater than 18,000 parts per hour per channel. The cups for the vibratory feeders are made of stainless steel. To reduce noise, increase productivity, and protect the material from which the parts are made, an elastomer coating can be applied to the working surface of the vibrating hopper. Vibration control can be done with a feedback sensor to maintain stable operation at different levels of parts in the cup or when changing cups for work with different parts.
We also produce various accessories and devices for the vibrating hoppers, depending on the specific requirements. These include stands for the vibrating hoppers, soundproof screens, devices for automatic loading of parts into the vibrating hoppers, sensors for the level of parts in the vibrating hoppers, chutes for the parts after the vibrating hoppers, paths for the parts with linear vibrators after the vibrating hoppers, and others.
Besides vibratory feeders, we produce other orienting devices tailored to the specific shapes of parts and production requirements, including explosion-proof requirements.
In addition to the machines we manufacture, we have also installed control systems with programmable controllers (PLC) on many new and old machines with various purposes and in various areas of industrial production.
For example, these are the production of plastic products (injection molding machines and blasting machines – over 120 machines), the production of metal products (presses, guillotines, etc.), packaging machines and many other specific industries. The experience we have gained can be useful for solving many types of technical problems in industrial production.
Unipribor Ltd. produces various types of electronic devices for industrial use – programmable controllers, temperature controllers, amplitude and frequency regulators for vibratory feeders, specialized electronic modules, controllers, and devices for solving tasks for which there are no commercially available devices.
Clients Unipribor EOOD has more than 120 clients from Bulgaria, Germany, Turkey, and North Macedonia.
